Yungjin pharm. held “the 50th Annual Shareholders' Meeting" in head office palced on Seoul, Korea, March 9th 2012.

In that day, when Yungjin pharm. held a general meeting of stockholders, Yungjin pharm. approved the financial statements and appointed five board members. And also Ryoo, Byung-Hwan was elected as the CEO in the board of directors.

Ryoo, Byung-Hwan, the CEO, graduated from Seoul National University of the Pharmaceutical Department. After graduating, he obtained a master's degree in Business Administration from the MBA, in Sogang University on Seoul, Korea. He had successively filled as the senior vice president in SK Chemicals, and the CEO in Seoul pharma. In 2010, since he became the vice president of Yungjin pharm., he actively tried to reinforce overseas expansion and improve the company's financial structure.
