On July 29, 2020, YUNGJIN PHARMACEUTICAL CO., LTD. and GUANGZHOU TOSUN PHARMACEUTICAL CO., TLD. signed a US$19 million supply agreement for Cefcapene Pivoxil raw materials.

GUANGZHOU TOSUN PHARMACEUTICAL is distributor company in China, focuses on importation & exportation of API, Chemical raw materials, Formulation of western medicine.

The amount of the agreement is US$4 million per year after registration in China. It is estimated that the registration certificate will be obtained in 2023. After registration, the exclusive supply agreement with GUANGZHOU TOSUN PHARMACEUTICAL will be conducted for another five years.

This supply agreement is a case of an opportunity to create the future.

Cefcapene Pivoxil is also 3^rd generations of antibiotics that has been certified in Japan, so it is easier to get a Chinese registration certificate.

In addition, the sales amount of the Global Business Department reached 74 million US dollars in 2019, accounting for 40% of the total sales amount of YUNGJIN.
